30 Day Snap #1 | BBQ & Family

I'm amazed how this time last year I was doing the 30 day snap challenge (inspired by none other than our wonderful lifestyle blogger Sprinkle of Glitter) I actually met some amazing bloggers from it last year.

I've decided with posting each days snap a day ahead. Sinead muh #truefan over at Dreaming Again came up with the idea first. But I think since we're Irish, we're allowed to be late Haaahaa ;)

30 Day Snap Challenge - Day 1 June 2014
I really was not in the mood for a day of going to a family BBQ with a throat infection, but by the end of the day I was happy I went. I couldn't exactly gulp the food down but being out in the sunshine was nice. Getting heavenly cones from the ice-cream van was a delight as well. Back in Ireland, in home estates we don't really get much ice-cream vans (*mutter* God has probably something to do with it.)

I enjoyed feeding Cleeko with some of my sprinkle-covered ice-cream. The little sweetie fell asleep on my lap which was so adorable. He reminds me of a little lamb.

So Cleeko, the sunshine, the flowers and my little cuz Coco were some of the highlights of my day. Just a nice relaxing Sunday, as it should be.

The picture of my cousin trying to have a stare down competition with Cleeko makes me laugh. He kept turning his head towards the chicken legs on the table :D

And finally my Instagram pictures of the day.

If any of you are doing the 30 Day Snap Challenge, let me know, I'll be interested in following your months journey :)

Thanks for reading lovies :)

King's Cross, Baker Street & London Bridge

Hey Peoples :)
I've been meaning to put up this post for ages, but I don't have my laptop over here in England and its hard to get time to do it.

Well, this post is just a few photos of my last trip to London.
I revisited Covent Garden... seeing as it's a lovely place to just hang out for a while. The day was mostly done in a rush though, with seeing different places, so when I get back after Summer I'll be returning back here to Covent Garden, so I can take everything in.

London bridge was perhaps one of my favourite places to see. The bridge itself is beautiful, but I liked how I got sit down with my lunch on the lawn and take in the whole site. I was so lucky to get the marvellous weather as well. The blue sky made the city prettier, making the buildings pop out.

It's pretty impossible to get a 'normal' picture of my brother... takes after my Dad. I now see why there's no family pictures hung up around my house back in Ireland. We'd scare the guests.

This was my second time returning back to the 'Sherlock Holmes Museum' at Baker Street... heehee, but sadly there were no tickets on sale... the place was so busy. So I bought some little souvenirs and tried on some hats instead.

I'm sooooooo excited for the third season of 'sherlock'. Thank God for television :)

And what else can measure up to sherlock........ Uhhh.... Harry Potter of course. So me and my friends visited King's Cross Station. I felt like one of those scary fans.... "Ooh, that tower is from the second movie..." and then can you believe it, we almost missed the gift shop. I bought myself a Harry Potter key chain and 9 3/4 train ticket. I left the station feeling pretty great.

I feel stupid not knowing that I was standing behind Buckingham Palace... and it was the next site that was on our list. Might I say, I bloody hate the maps around the city. It's better to have one of your own i think.

I really liked this shot when I took it. There were so many cyclists around. And the lane itself gave a 'Pride & Prejudice' feel to it.

I hope you enjoyed these pics, and if you have any questions about where I visited,
ask away.
Tomorrow I'm heading to the 'Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studios' in Watford. So if I get the time, I'll post up a blog about it.

Thanks for reading :D

30 Day Snap #7 - The Marvellous London

So guys, another busy day. I headed to London today and met up with my Aunt, and as you can see from this picture, we thought it would be funny to ask these guys could I get a picture with them. I felt pretty important I must say. "Don't mess with me!"
I went around Westminister, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and got to see pretty much everywhere. I love seeing the different artists and dancers on the street.
I made some contacts today about singing at gigs, in cafe bars as such, so it was an even better day.

So I'm gonna head off to bed and let me know what other sites I should visit the next time I'm in london.

Lots of crazy lovin',

30 Day Snap #6 | Football, Sun & Strawberry Mouse

Good evening,
Well I should say goodnight, sorry guys but I've been busy all day. I had an English and Maths exam for a course in Nursing in Barnet. So hopefully lads I'll be ok with getting in :) So with that and running around playing football, and dancing (pathetically) with my cuz, I sat myself down tonight on the most welcoming couch with a Strawberry Mousse... my new Best Friend I might add.

And I couldn't stay away from the sun, as you may have noticed. It makes me happy, seriously it does. The sun rises, then a smiles spreads across my face. The sun goes down and I wear a frown.

I'm sooooo obsessed with my Uncles garden, I never leave it. So peaceful and private. I just take a good book or listen to some music and sit myself on the lawn and I'm perfect.

If anyone who reads this and dislikes the sun, then I'm clueless. I don't know what's wrong with you... weirdos.

30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey Guys, 3 more days till the 30 day snap challenge, WHOO HOO!
Its a strange thing to get excited about but I'm new to this whole blogging and it's different. I love getting excited over different experiences.
The idea itself came from Sprinkle Of Glitter, so it is indeed a challenge.

So, this little adventure will be slightly difficult but it'll be my mission to make it FUN. You may be asking yourselves, "How on earth would it be difficult?", well my darlings, this 30 day challenge will be something I would like to look back on and see what my life consisted of. So I don't want the predictable pictures of, "Oooh a television, how exciting", or a cupboard full of sweets with a picture of me beside it drooling. No I think this challenge is a good way to keep me active and start becoming creative. Like I said in one of my previous blogs, I want this a Summer to remember. So this document of my life will hopefully show many of my fun Summer moments.

For example they could be pictures of spending a beautiful evening in the park with the family, going out for a meal, finding a gorgeous outfit, or even a picture of yourself wearing a smile. These pictures should bring you backin time when you scan through them in years to come.
This little photo will be added to my daily photos, so you'll know that it belongs to the 30 day snap, and not to my other separate blogs.

I am really looking forward to it, and what I love most about it, is that the ideas come from me, so there's no need to be comparing myself to anyone. This will be all about challenging my creativity and in ways my confidence.

Also I'm excited to see what others have in store with this 30 day snap challenge. And hopefully, fingers-crossed, perhaps I'll find some new bloggers that I'll find interesting.

Who else is as excited as I am for this challenge? Your welcome to join me on this challenge :) 3 days, countdown is on... YAY :D
